This restaurant has the best kebabs and the ladies who work there are very pleasant and kind! I recommend Yas Restaurant.

Food was good, it is a little higher priced then similar persian restaurants. The restaurant is smaller which creates a more intimate setting. Staff is incredibly friendly, and all in all is a great place to eat.

This restaurant has been my go to restaurant for Persian Shih Kebobs for many years. Today I had my favorite Joojeh the tender pieces Kebob chicken with basmati rice. Both the service and food quality was good and reassuring. Their ground beef or chicken Kebob are also quite tasty.

persian food, very satisfying. Great location to meet with friends. Bring your appetite because portions are large. Kinda of like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed.

Cozy place with good food. I like Yas for its Persian food, but I found their food a bit too salty. I have to add that I generally prefer less salt in my food than many others.

It's hard to find Persian food in the Bay Area, let alone *good* Persian food, so this place is a gem. The biggest drawbacks are the parking (limited and poorly laid out) and small space (only room for about 25 in the dining room and it's very dense, so getting in and out of your seat can be tough).But once you're in your seat, prepare for kind service, large portions, and delicious food. All of the kebabs are excellent, so feel free to go with whatever meat you're craving if you want to go that route. Another great option is the Sheereen Polo, a stewed chicken that comes with rice that includes orange peels and saffron.

The food is good. Has many vegetarian options. The rice wasn’t as good as other Persian restaurants I have been to. The staff are kind and the wait isn’t crazy for lunch.

I love Persian food. If you are looking for a good Persian restaurant that’s the one I will recommend. The food taste very good and also the staff members are very friendly. I go often there with my husband. Go check it yourself you won’t regret 😊

Good Persian food as usual, had the beef kabob combination plate and it had grilled veggies. The regular plates don’t have veggies (just meat and rice) which is why I would’ve given this place a 4.5 instead. And this place is expensive!!! But the meat is good

Overall we had a great experience here. We ordered the 3 meat plate combo. The steak I felt was dry and had a flavor I did not care for 2 stars. The chicken and beef kabobs are excellent 5 stars. We also ordered the eggplant dip...10 stars!!! So good!! The bonus surprise was the Persian iced tea. best iced tea I've had in a long time

Not a good place to take a groups. We arrived at 5:30 and there was no one in the place. There was 10 of us and they suggested family style order to save on costs. We ended up paying far more than if we had ordered individually ($50/person). The Kabobs were burned as they tried to rush a big order at once. The food was mediocre at best and way over priced. The expensive "SALAD" was a head of lettuce placed in a plate and on the side a cut up tomato. You have far better Persian food options in Bay Area. Avoid this one!

Quite horrible. The food barely had any taste. I couldn't eat it. My sister thought the same. She had the shish kabab and the kabab didn't taste like anything (didn't even taste like beef). I ordered the fesenjun. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It's absolutely not worth it to pay such a price for bland food.

This was an exquisite experience -- ordered #61. It was a chef special with saffron rice, and steamed chicken. There are cranberries, nuts and some other fruit (pomegranate?) That created a symphony of flavors. It was truly amazing way to wrap a busy Saturday night.Wait staff was friendly and the service was prompt. We ate right before closing. I agree with other reviews saying the parking lot is too small and oddly laid out. It's also close to a liquor store, so there may be other traffic vying for parking.

Small, but worth a little wait. Service is excellent as is the food. I love the fesenjan (chicken and pomegranate). We hope to work our way through the entire menu. We didn't make reservations, but I'd recommend it.

Beware of price difference between menu available via Google Maps and what’s on the restaurant’s in house menu. I ordered via phone for a take out dinner. I expected to be charged as per the online menu. However, I was charged almost double for one dish and 50% more for another dish. Not sure who’s at fault. It’s best for the customer to be aware. I have uploaded both menus with prices.

This is a legit place to get Persian food. Highly recommend to get their barg (filet).
